The Foundation for Holistic Health & Hospitality Studies-Getting Grounded. This initial course is a prerequisite and establishes that students learn how to center and balance themselves before they learn how to assist others. Will also receive Reiki 1 Attunement & Certification. Please note there are NO refunds only class credit.
Virtual Summer Holistic Wellness Camp
The Holistic Wellness Class for Kids is for children who have already taken individual sessions and ready to integrate their new knowledge of being through interaction with other like-minded kids. Methods will include instruction on crystal meditation, expressive arts, and vibrational sound therapy.
In-Person Summer Wellness Camp for Teens 13-17
The In-Person Summer Wellness Camp for Teens ages 13-17 provides a unique environment for exploring holistic wellness through a variety of engaging activities. Participants will experience crystal meditation, expressive arts, and vibrational sound therapy, all designed to foster personal growth and connections with like-minded peers.
